I have over fourteen years business experience working in the Telecoms, Utilities, Finance, and Media industries, with a particular focus on CRM and CTI applications.

My professional qualifications include ISEB certification in Green IT and Business Analysis.

The vast majority of my time has been spent in client facing engagements on large business change projects, requiring intensive liaison with internal and external stake-holders.

I have experience of the entire development life-cycle, including capturing requirements, documenting process and data flows, negotiating end-to-end designs, and managing and supporting user testing and application roll-out.

In all my roles I have been able to utilise excellent communication and influencing skills. I am very comfortable dealing with people at all levels, and have presented to groups ranging from a few people up to forty in number. My key attributes are my flexibility, adaptability, entrepreneurial attitude, and willingness to get involved in situations outside my comfort zone.

I am recognised as being a dynamic influence who can 'make things happen' and rapidly build a rapport with customers.

When dealing with business people, I am very comfortable speaking their language and relating their requirements to the available solutions. I don't just hear what they say; I hear what they mean.
